Targeting display needs a update.

Target display is super shitty and in a spot where no one can notice it.

Moving the targeting display to be slighly above where channeling bars are and having it persist until you leave combat with champions, the hud will work exactly like the one that appears in the top right corner but will always display the champion you last right clicked untill this can be toggled on and off in settings.

Another option is to have numbers displayed on a champs health pool that floats above their head similar to the setting for your own hud.
