Anyone feel CDR is kinda way too prevalent for specific classes/items? Just curious.

More CDR = more spells = more spell rotation = more damage in game. Compared to Season 3/4 (as many people like to reference), some of these items are way stronger with their higher stats.

If Triforce remains 20% CDR because of its two core components, Sheen and Stinger, provide 10% CDR each, why does Black Cleaver and Essence Reaver get 10% out of nowhere? If Lich Bane only gets 10% CDR for having one CDR component, how is it fair that Luden's Echo, Archangel's Staff, Hextech GLP get an additional 10%?

I get Haste is a unique passive and the other aforementioned items have 1K combine costs but completing one of these items shouldn't give mages or BC-user 20% CDR, along with more damage.

It is.

Mages are basically given 40% for free now, meaning their dps increased to a level where they just outclass adcs.

yes... back in season 3 the only class they would even got CLOSE to 40% cdr were mages ( at least to my knowledge it possble tankier champions could as well as item 3065 have 20%)

i don't remember any cdr on AD items.. then again i started in mid season 3, and i was still a noob until around mid season 4.

so its probable my memory isnt entirely accurate in this matter.

nowadays i can actaully very effectivly take "transedecen on support lux... becuase every support item in the game is so overloaded with CDR its insane. and even ADC can get cdr now.

i do think cdr needs to be addressed, however tacked on burst damage from runes and item needs to go first.

its one thing to have it on one item item 3057 which u can build 3 different ways. those all share a unique passive.
