Runes, Sandbox Mode, and Immobile Champions

Why haven't we fixed any of these things?

I'll give you the benefit of the doubt. The other day you listened to the community, and you actually changed Darius's passive to Noxian Might, and I'm super happy, but to be honest guys you haven't really done anything else that much that we've asked for, and made up some of the worst excuses, and sometimes didn't respond at all.

The runes are extremely unfair, honestly all rune costs should be halved if not LESS than half, that much farming is ridiculous so you can get a tiny advantage to help you out. For maybe a couple games you want to play a certain champion.

Sandbox Mode, that was a hard one to deal with, and just listening to some of the reasons why you wouldn't let us have it made me try to actually think what was going on in your head? Here's a quote from Ghostcrawler...

The second is that players want to practice very specific skills without the constraints of a regular game. For this point, our stance is that sandbox mode is not the way to go. We want to make sure we’re clear: playing games of League of Legends should be the unequivocal best way for a player to improve. While there are very real skills one can develop in a hyperbolic time chamber, we never want that to be an expectation added onto an already high barrier to entry.

Really? You don't want us to develop our skills by practicing unless it's a full game. That honestly makes no sense. Have you ever heard a sports coach say "Go and run the ball, I know you haven't practiced before, and it's your first time, but I believe in you. And if you suck your entire team can yell at you, because you don't know how to run the ball." This is the reasoning behind what you guys did. It makes no sense, whatsoever.

Finally, some of the older immobile champions keep getting their point and clicks taken away, and nor are we adding any point and clicks. That was the one counter to the mobility creep, and we're just going to remove it from the game? And anybody who has one Taric we'll just make him un-fun to play so nobody picks a champion like that. Riot you need to get on top of this. Add some more point and click abilities, and rework some of the older boring champions, and make them entertaining to play again like you did with this guy. Sion

Honestly, no bad hate to make me want to leave the game, yet. However, I will say you guys need to pull it together, and if you honestly think there is a reason to not do any of these things, and an actual reason that nearly everyone will understand then I can understand why you wouldn't do any of the following?
