Encyclopedia of Important Things You Need to Know to Improve As a Player
This is not a thing. It's ill-name, but it should be a thing. Riot puts no emphasis themselves on creating a content that helps players improve, and it's taking away from the new player experience. There are basic techniques each player needs to learn and become second nature in their play style and skill capabilities, but there is no "official" spotlight on just the basics.
Yes, the bare basics are covered in the infamous "Ashe Tutorial," but those are simply the basics of a MOBA and when you learn how to play and seek improvement, there is no content officially supported that is a go-to video library with links of examples and such where players can learn new techniques to improve. Some of these include things so simple as...

Do not stand in place as the adc and auto attack your target. Skillshots will hit you and you will take free damage. Moving around during trades and skirmishes minimizes your chances of being hit by a skillshot, even at nearly point blank range from your assailant.

One of the best times to initiate a trade opportunity is after an opponent has used a cooldown on a minion. Use that cooldown time to make favorable trades that are easy to pull off due to the other ability being unavailable during the trade.
Do you get what I'm saying? I'm not saying make a thread out of it. I'm saying that Riot needs to get some "Officials" on this from their team, or like maybe their top streamers that have good attitudes and have an affinity for teaching others to improve their skills, to have said videos available in client at all times so you can "do your homework" with studying like 10 second video clips that follow a Title and an Explanation opening, with categories and what/who/when/where/why it applies. There is a myriad of things players just neglect learning how to do at a base level, be it due to stubbornness, or complete unawareness of said thing they should learn. Isn't there anything we can do about this as a community? Players aren't bad because they want to be - You just see players lack technique for various reasons.
