Remake Games needs to be Fixed

My computer shut down in the loading screen, or crashed I dont know. I try to join the game again and it says I've been put in low prio for 5 games! Why cant there be a system to tell your team you're coming back, or a pause button in comp games to see if the person IS coming back? Like a messenger on your phone where you can talk to your in game team.
