Ranked Trouble (kicked back to lobby?)

I keep getting thrown back into Lobby. The game is about to start, then I'm thrown back with a message saying that I'm on cooldown for attempting to leave, when I never did anything. Does that occur when someone else does that too?

Its kind of annoying. Also I'm getting weird games, such as the last one with a veigar support, and a toplaner picked vayne into teemo, afk'd, roamed jungle, ignored lane, and I wound up soloing the bot lane as Lucian. I did decently enough defending myself, even when they went over aggressive, but the vayne afk'ing and not contributing was bad, and is Veigar support even a thing? First ranked game I played in ages. I felt like I did great in lane, I helped jg, and we had a successful early jungle invasion with a couple of early kills to get us ahead.

Had to get that off my chest. Am concerned about the issue with the lobby though, that's fairly annoying. Are there hot keys for quitting? Can you accidentally hit it while typing messages in chat?
