is rengar's reworked Q not going live?

I really hate playing champions when an incoming change for them is coming through, because it's senseless to improve on something that will very soon become irrelevant completely.

With that being said, is the change to rengars Q (revert to single target next attack) going to happen? or did it get scrapped? if so does anyone know when?

I love rengar so much. he reminds me of Rigardo from claymore.
