league of legends matchmaking system is awful in my opinion. i get matched with very low ranked or even unranked people all the time and i sick of it. As a support i cant do anything if my vayne doesn't know how to poke plus she takes ap runes. FIX IT

i posting here because its impossible to contact riot cause they know they suck
Just try to climb if you're sick of it. And if you're saying you can't climb because of these idiots, just learn another role to climb and switch back to support when you deem it stable enough for you to play at with decent players.
Groups are created based on their Matchmaking Rating. If you are always getting very low and unranked players, then your MMR is the same as theirs. The only way to get away from that is to win your games and raise your MMR. It's not broken, your MMR just sucks.
This is the kind of post people make when they are not good. I don't want to judge you on your rank but being silver you cant expect much from players. I mean think of it this way, silver is the second worst. So with that being said you can expect to get second level trash. Kappa
