My three wishes:

2º Make ADC less AS oriented focus, 0,4 to 0,6 base AS with low increase per lvl. More raw AD or AD scaling on skills to compensate.

Why? (A) With less AS oriented ADC offer more room to elaborated plays rather than just right-clicking and watching your poor foe melting.

3º Rework critical as well

Why? (A) 200% Damage is to much for sheer luck. I think 125% instantly and 50% over-time is enough, especially because how high is the critical chance of crit items. Besides this changes can open more room for critical itemization.
