What cool mechanic ideas do you have for the game?

I could think of a lot of spells and shit that are in Dota that would be fun to see in league...
I think more champions should have Charm. I like that warwick got a fear cause I like that mechanic as well. but less knock ups is nice :)
I'd like to see a mechanic like "sleep" in the game. Basically you are stunned for a duration, but if someone attacks you, the duration ends.
I think a sleep cc mechanic where you have to click out of it or press button until you 'wake up' would be cool,
A Terrain Destruction ability,
yea I agree a spell that bounces off terrain would be super cool, it wouldn't be hard since they have mechanics like bard Q interacting with terrain.

I'd like to see (for the Karthus rework if there every will be one) an ability that has a wall of slow that aside from slowing champions also slows projectiles for a short time after they pass through (applicable for things like Ahri charm and many of the Adc ults).
It'd give a functionality similar to windwall that isn't as frustrating and still is able to be capitalized if you have skill and use it well.
I would really like a champion that revolves around playing a mental game with his lane opponent that isn't "What invisible trap/champion awaits me today?" Something like Shaco's clone where you try and fool the enemy with illusions, except your entire kit is just based around making the enemy waste resources on empty threats. Stuff like that.

First Cast: Mina leaves her body, becoming untargetable and attaching to target ally Shaper. Mina immediately grants her Host 30/48/65/83/100 (+35% Power) shielding, and generates an additional 6/10/13/17/20 (+7% Power) shielding every 1.5 seconds (up to a max of 60/95/130/165/200 (+70% Power)).
Mina takes 40% of the damage her Host takes.
Recast: Mina leaves her Host and rematerializes her body at target location, shielding herself for 60/95/130/165/200 (+70% Power) before dealing 35/60/85/110/135 (+40% Power) magical damage and fearing all enemies in an area for 0.5 seconds. Cooldown: 13 seconds
Basically you could ride an ally and provide them with a regenerating passive shield and shared HP pool, and cast your other abilities freely from them.
