Autofill problems

We all hate when we get AUTOFILLED when we are trying to climb up using few champions but to me as a support player it doesn't always bother me...what really bothers me is when the system autofill someone who doesn't want to play that role by all means ends up trolling , troll pick , or flame for not allowing them to have the role they want and this causes alot of unfair LP gone to waste to people who doesn't deserve the win in enemy team or people in my team deserve better chance in ranked...We need to solve that bitch called autofill

Options :- Delete it. Reduce it. And my favorite solution for this problem is Force those noobs to play support by all means when they get autofill , ban access to few spells (teleport , smite) and ban access to champions out side support section except few champions who can support but isn't in support section i believe someone like lux...after all i wanna know how to get this to riot so they might think fixing this issues
