Clash mode how does it really work?

So what if some people on the team don't show up the day of the tournament game? Does it auto win the other team that have their whole team...

And if so, does the ticket just go to waste cus one dude decide to not show up and fuck his whole team up...

How do you earn/win tickets? What if you run out of ticket but is still in the tournament, does this force team/players to buy tickets with RP and how much is it for the ticket?

Basically its a "BUY IN" Tournament which is to make sure the team/players are committed when they join. Make sense in a way I guess

Also what are the prize for the Winner of the whole tournament? Was it worth it for a buy-in tournament. Also what prize does the losing team get, is it worth it as well?

Basically, its all about how much this CLASH MODE is WORTH
