Reminder that attack speed and crit chance had their gold cost reduced in preseason.

Season 5 AS: 15% for 450 =30 gold for 1% Season 6 AS: 12% for 300= 25 gold for 1%

Season 5 Crit chance: 8% for 400= 50 gold for 1% Seaosn 6 crit chance: 10% for 400= 40 gold for 1%

This would be a whatever buff if it was not for Zeal doubling crit chance and only slightly increasing attack speed.

So yes the zeal items were greatly buffed in preseason in potential power for marksmen, Yasuo and trynda at the expense of nerfing attack speed on zeal items.

Meanwhile BotRK had it's cost increased by 200 and lost 2% of current health on hit damage. An item that was used by a lot of fighters and marksmen who relied heavily on attack speed got nerfed basically out of play while the cost efficiency and abundance of crit chance was buffed?

BotRK was good for what it was suppose to do last season but this season it is only bought by Hurricane on hit champs and even that is pushing it. Jax does not buy it, Yi does not buy it, Vayne is near worthless when trying to buy it... It has lost it's reason to be bought anymore unles you can attack three enemy tanks at the smae time and it is even questionable then.

Yes I am giving into building phantom dancer on Irelia not out of liking it but because there is literally no better choice anymore. It is far from ideal since Irelia's Q does not crit and the only damage increase is on auto attacks but the passives of 12% damage reduction from the last target you attacked, 5% passive movement speed and 7% movement speed with ignoring unit collision when near an enemy makes it justifiable given the lack of comparable options.
