That's all she needs IF SHE EVEN NEEDS THAT.
Her winrate is going up every single day and it's already climbed up to 45%. Some more mastery, less noobs thinking they can 1-trick her and those minor buffs on PBE is all she needs to hit 50%.
That's it. No huge buffs, no skill changes and definitely no hyper-increase on her E's range like a bunch of mongrels here are suggesting.

PBE changes aren't out yet. They don't always make it to live, so people who don't play PBE especially are still going to complain. What are those tweaks on PBE?
She's "ok" not "competitive" atm.
She's easily invaded, has clear dmg gates on her abilities, and really, really shitty stealth compared to before. I don't mind her having weaknesses to stealth, but holy fuck I can't even lay a ward or hit a plant without losing it? XD
I guess the question is do we want her to stay as "meh" or do we want her strong enough to compete consistently with kha, sej, lee, etc?

I think eve is perfect as is on the PBE. She works really well with the new runes as well and I'm still convinced they designed her around the new runes and not the current ones.
