Please consider very small compensation buffs for AP "Bruiser" Maokai with 5-10% more ratio on Q-W

This way he can still build 1-2 AP items viably to be a damage threat, but building glass cannon Maokai would still not be worth it due to Seed AP ratio being cut in half(current glass cannon Maokai's bread and butter) as his other basic spells require close combat/diving which would get him deleted.
