New Ranked System

You never lose LP only gain.

If you win vs a team that has a higher LP average then your LP then you gain more LP If you win vs a team that has a lower LP average then your LP then you gain less LP

Teams are made up of 5 players with LP range of +/- 25 Matched Teams can have a LP range of +/- 50

This means your lowest Team mate could be no more then 75 LP lower then the enemies best player but that also means your team has also a good player.

Smurfs would rise in Rank fast and be placed on teams they should be on.

Your Rank will go down if you are not winning because more people are winning and so are above you in total LP .

Seasons start with Preseason where each player gains LP and the ladder spread is laid out.
Once the season starts the Ranks are broken down by %s of the whole making the Ranges for each of the Ranks.

If you dont play you will slowly fall in rank (because those that are playing are gaining LP and you are not)

Next would be for Riot to actually identify Soft Inters (Smurfs that are wanting to lose games to keep their account in a lower rank) and then BAN them.
