What's good about The AD change on Sterak's on 8.12?

Well now it's gonna be good for those that scale with Bonus AD with high base AD. Unlike jugg champs, Divers that break even with it's cost efficiency at lv 15-16 max can know use it well as it's AD now adds damage to their abilities. Also it's gonna be viable on , making him a fucking monster.
