Inhib health regenerate?

Today while playing ranked there was a slight glitch where the enemies inhibs were regenerating health faster then usual to the point where it was at 1200 health and every time i would hit it it would regenerate the amount i hit it making it nearly impossible to take it by myself rito please fix
