What is with this team matching?!

Seriously serious. Im s4, all 4 of my team were bronze 2/3 and 1 iron2....

Enemy team was all s4....WHY?! And I lose 19IP...what am I missing here? Why are they giving me iron and bronze teammates, going against s4 teams? This is not the first time it happened, and im sure it wont be the last. Wtf is going on with this game?

The less people queue up the farthest the matchmaker checks from your MMR to create a match.

I fear the only way to fix this is either longer queues(Riot won't do this) or drawing more people into the game (kinda hard especially for the western servers)
