Still waiting for te Viktor compensation buffs from a year ago...

Even though a Rioter said that they check the boards everyday, I still think they'll ignore this one. Whatever though, with still a bit of hope in the heart I'll write it.

The point is, I clearly recall that they told us they'd be giving compensation buffs to the champions that used Rylai's the most, when said item was nerfed. Even since then, Viktor has been sitting on an amazing 45% winrate (and it's not like he doesn't have a kinda normal playrate, too...). He got a skin too this year, so I expected Riot to atleast remember his existance, but it doesn't seem so. Idk, it feels like they're straight up ignoring Viktor and the posts about it.
