We should be recompensated (Clash)

Clash finally continued... but alas, my team and plenty of other teams experienced issues upon starting our first match. The issues were as severe that we couldn't play neither the first, nor the second round. When Clash was finally over, we saw that our opponents actually DID end up getting a free win.

And the worst part? We actually lost our Clash ticket, even though we could not participate. What kind of BS is that? Sorry if I'm rude, but I'm really upset that we couldn't participate, yet STILL had to pay for it! IMO, the people who had been affected by this clash issue, should at least have their clash ticket returned for a new entry.
