Kled needs a new skin
I've just realized Kled needs a new skin. Wouldn't bull rider kled be just a good skin. But the animation of the bull running and when kled gets off his bull it flings him off and the bull runs into a mini cage or something .

Too bad that this champ is in the top 13 lowest pick rates. They release skins for popular champs like Ahri, Yi, Yasuo etc that will actually sell. Buffing Kled may make him more popular, but he can be too toxic to play against, if he becomes strong.
Kled is too new for a new skin. wait a year or so.
He really need's a Dragon Trainer Kled Skin as the next Legendary skin tho...New SFX,Animations,Voice!
