Looking for a consistent 1 on 1 guide to help me to Gold

I am Silver. I've been Silver since season 2, and I cannot get out. I don't know why. I am sick of being considered bad. I'm sick of being helpless and uninformed. I'm tired of winning my lane and losing the game.

I want to get to Gold. That's it. Gold V is as far as I need to be coached, and Gold 3 is as far as I want to climb before I will just play for fun, and not worry about improving and climbing more.

But to do this, I need someone who is willing to either A) Watch me play and coach me through 1-2 games a week to help me understand what to do, B) Review a replay or two of mine each weem and either explain in person or make notes on what I need to do, or C) Consistently lane against me 1v1 at least three times a week.

I know this is a significantly large time investment. I realize that it's dedicating a lot of time to a complete and utter loser, but I really can't take this anymore. After seasons of silver, I want just once to be in Gold.

Please. I have no money to pay, and I'm sorry that I can't, but if you can, please help me.
