WTF is with this Client!!

Twice now the client will not let me select a champ and then says I "Left" the game and gives me the Leave buster 30m.

All champs I select are grayed out, then I get this popup saying its trying to connect and gives the exit button I dont click it and it boots me from the champ select giving me the leaver buster.

But Im connected and can go to all parts of the game.
