PVP start-up

Might be TL:DR for some.

So I've been on the game for a month now~ Level 30 and whatnot. So when should I start "properly" getting on PVP? By I mean get experience by doing PVP continuously. The thing is, the only champ I am "finished" runes and masteries-wise is Jhin. "Finished" because it's not something I don't think I would stick to. It's basic 9x AD, 9x Armor, 9x MR and 3x Quint AD (I'll replace by adding 4x ArPen and 3x ArPen Quints instead)

I only currently have 2 rune pages and have Aurelion, Amumu, Varus, Lee Sin, Heimerdinger, Ashe, Garen and Teemo. The runes for them are not finished since Im still grinding for IP and prioritizing runes that appear on multiple champs.

Jhin is the most finished champ I have and yet being ADC is a big thing for a newbie, yet Mid is always being taken already. I've been imo performing well since I always follow on people and stun enemies or pick off enemies when/where I can the only problem being positioning or that Im super squishy, currently I think Im behind 2 loses on my winnings in PVP overall in SR only having only played in PVP SR under 7-10x.

So when should I realistically start in PVP'ing in SR? I want experience rather than waiting for my Jhin to pop up in ARAM, plus ARAM where I've been grinding is annoying sometimes and the IP is like 70-80IP; I also want fast IP grind.

6300 IP for a page is a long ass grind and very tempting to spend it on the runes instead T_T
