Team Builder - Bring it back for the Champ Select downtime!

Team Builder was designed as an alternative to the spoiled brats in blind pick to play a regular game, not a draft, just a normal blind pick game for fun, to relax, and get better as a champion. You chose your champ, your role, and clicked a button and played.

With one single bad decision, the problems Team Builder fixed were put back online and that's leading to the massive criticism right now. Blind pick normal queue is absolute hell, and since the new Champ Select is not working yet, can we get TB back?

Better yet, how about putting it back up for two weeks and have a poll asking if people want to keep it for blind pick mode? And if we do want it, and I believe people do from those I talk to daily, we keep that mode for good on blind picks?

All you have to do is flip the switch and put it back on!
