Can't Win A Game Anymore, No Matter How Hard I Try

Fair Warning: This Is Both A Rant And A Help Request

I've recently been in a slump with both Normal and Ranked games. It's like, I just can't seem to get a victory anymore. And it always seems to be for the same reason each time: ADC's always feeding. Now, I'm only Silver, but remember I mentioned this was Normal games too. In the normal games, I'm not too shaken up about because it's normals and it's where people go to learn their champs. But though I am well aware of that, it's still unbelievable that my adc's have been feeding so much.

In my ranked games, I usually duo with a friend of mine, and even they noticed it. (I tend to play Support while he Jungle's so we notice this from two different angles.) Whenever I support an Adc, they either go aggro with no wards and/or no minions, play passive when they have open opportunity to go aggro (i.e. no sums, low hp/mana, etc), or they commit to fights that they shouldn't be commiting to and can actually get out had they tried. I do everything I can, as the support, to help them, but when they are clearly getting themselves killed, I let them die ALONE. (And then get flamed for not following afterward, which I could care less about.)

In my Normals games, the adc never adapts to their situation. Jungler camping them? They continue to push without vision. Mid Lane romaing and our mid laner is pinging warnings? They pay no mind to our mid laner's pings and die then flame our mid for not following (even if they couldn't do so). Enemy adc ahead? Our adc continues to play aggro thinking that "they will eventually be able to beat them".

I don't know what to do about these situations. It's just really disheartening when I try my best to not only win my lane (no matter what lane that may be), but also try to keep wards up, take as many objectives as possible to alleviate pressure and such only to have bot lane be 0/8+ within 15 minutes. D:

Seriously, what am I supposed to do in these games? (My most recent game is the best example I have of me trying my best to win, but bot lane is losing horribly.)
