Tips for Silver and up

I can work well with randoms and I type gj when something good happens but I still can't climb. I can use other champs other than shyvana but I'm most comfortable with her and so I take her to most of my games. I suck at laning but am decent at jungle. I bring back the games when I'm jungle but when I tell them to help push they just run off to narnia and die somehow.
