Camera Lock Choppy?

K I know playing in camera lock mode is noob, I'm not the best, but I switch between camera lock on an off, anyway, when in camera lock, For example, when playing Zyra, everytime one of her auto spawn seeds come out, I experience like a mini chop, just one lil chop like a mini 1 inch teleport, its not game breaking but annoying, my system is more than capable of running league np, V sync an G Sync on runs at 75 FPS solid, V sync off I run between 200 and 350fps.

This issue also happens with any other champs, just not as often as with Zyra and her auto spawn seeds, can anyone tell me what this is? Or if its me or just the game clients problem?

Also its sorta like a pause in the characters movement like a splint second, could just be walking down lane n he does a lil split second jig for no reason, that sorta thing.
