Can we please use a reroll to keep our champion when someone dodges?

I'm kind of getting sick of missing perfectly fine champions (or just ones I feel like playing/haven't played in a long while) just because someone else decides to dodge the ARAM game...

So, can we please have the option to spend one of our rerolls to keep our champion after someone else dodges? (Even without first seeing what we'd get otherwise)
