Im a level 30. Gold 5. I get paired with, ( and you can check OP.GG to see im not lying), a level 18, 4, 5, and 7.
They dont even know the god damn basics of the game. What am i supposed to with this. Why cant riot make an actual MMR system that actually works.

Did you ever stop and think that maybe the MMR system was working? Sure the lack of runes and masteries and an actual champion pool is a detriment, but it's quite possible you were matched with a group of smurfs who were leveling together. Not only would they know the basics of the game, but if your MMR is lower than your rank, and they actually have MMR near their skill level, it could make perfect sense.
I'm not saying that's what happened, I'm just saying there are other options that the one you assumed.
