Fix normals matchmaking

I have no fun playing this game in ranked so I figure I'll play normals just for fun.

BOTH GAMES TODAY I LANE AGAINST A PLAT PLAYER. My fucking rank is silver 1 for christs sake and both times you make me lane against plat players? One had above a 70 percent win rate. Not to mention in my second game it was a 4 MAN PREMADE WITH A PLAT SOLO QUEUER.

Trying to learn new champions is especially a real laugh. How the hell can you not make a moderately fair match in normals when this is apparently the most popular game in the world? Not enough people to actually match players with other players to make a fair game?

Jesus stuff like this happens and I get so frustrated that it's a double edged sword because I know I'm typing "toxically" and god forbid I say anything out of line or I get chat restricted.

It's not just normals.

I get silvers and plats queued in same teams bro. A plat can't even queue with a silver, but they will put them in the same team. Riot logic.

Just so you know it will not get any better. If you reach gold level in norms you will start queueing with diamonds.
