BugSplat in Promo's x3

I don't know why you realeased a client, that bugsplats every 3-5 games, but it so happens to do that in promo's 70% of the time! I'm sure i'm not the only one.

Good job riot, and you wonder why your community is so toxic :)

People will really climb taking a free loss every promo series.
