When are we going to be able to view champ pool in draft?

BEFORE we have to pick. This seems like something so very basic to allow players to do. I dont think cutting the time down it takes to draft is nearly as important as letting us look at our pool ahead of our 20-30 seconds to pick which pressures you into just picking something or else youll drop the lobby and get penalized. Yea you can go into the select thinking of who you want to play but thats subject to change as the draft unfolds. Its just so annoying. I want to be able to have a fair amount of time to view my pool and think clearly of what is best to play into the game.
