Prevent game from resetting keybindings.

I want to have my laugh and shunpo on the same key, but everytime I switch accounts, the game resets my settings that I changed in the config file. Is there a way to have one config file to rule them all, so that no matter what account I'm on I have the same settings across the board?

I would like an option to disable the server-side client settings.
