Something with dota 2 Ban Phase

I don't play the game, but i watched a friend playing and realised that the ban phase is like this: http://dota2.gamepedia.com/Game_modes

the most significant thing is that the 10 players vote to ban each champions. And half of the champions that were voted get banned randomly

What if We change the system to a vote system? the champs with the higher vote get banned,it can fixe troll capitains who are trying to ban your main champion, and increase communication.
