What champions can take in lane Smite?

With the initial runeglave we were seeing AP Ezreal and Diana mid with smite. Now, we have the addition of Devourer which empowers a lot of on hit champions. What champions do you think are viable for in lane smite?

For Devourer:

• Kayle
• Vayne
• Teemo
• Shyvana
• Jax

For Runeglave:

• Ezreal
• Diana
• Rengar
• Twisted Fate

EDIT: From experience I've played Teemo top and hit 30 stacks in 21 minutes while my bottom lane was losing hard. Ended up with 44k damage without Liandrys (aka it was all on hit damage and not from majorly from mushrooms). EDIT2: Just wanted to mention that the big jungle monsters will give stacks on assists. Therefore you can coordinate with your jungler so as not to take gold and exp.
