Hey quick URF question
Why is Riot trying to balance it? Wasn't the idea that it's not balanced? I mean, they're just going around slapping nerfs on champs that have been known to be silly fun for years - Garen, specifically. Yes, this is coming out of a game where I got him and did barely any damage with him because A) it seems they patched the E damage stack bug and B) they hit him with a -10% damage nerf. Like, a -10% fucking damage nerf. My guy. Where's the Zed nerfs? Or the nerfs to tanks tankiness? Or the nerf to how many stacks Nasus gets at once? You actually have buffs in there for things like crit doing +25% more damage, and attack speed items offering double their value, WHAT is this design?? Why are certain champions getting target-nerfed in URF MODE? In a mode that's "all-random", on top of that? So it's not even like they're able to be picked and abused, it's rolled randomly and they're still like "Hmmm... let's make it LESS fun. Maybe then people will stop asking for it so much."
I honestly can't wrap my head around it. They take one step forward (addition of the int-canon), and two steps back (not-so-random random picks, target nerfs to fun champions.)
Again. No nerfs on Zed's damage, though, the poster child for URF ridiculousness. No nerfs on all the items giving +10% +20% +15% shield strengths all stacking with each other, resulting in Lulu or Ivern shields being 700HP on a 3 second cooldown. But Garen being able to e-spam? That's ridiculous, get that out of here.
