I Need Help

Hi, I play mostly support role in ranked I'm struggling just get out of b2. Consistently I have been trying to play my best and always have a positive KDA but I still end up losing my games. On occasion, I do win but then lose two games after. My question is what can I do to improve my win rate?

My champion pool for support goes as follow: Nautilus Taric Lulu (if comp allows) Janna Blitzcrank (if not banned) and Braum
