ARAM Make Spell Vamp Great again

Sitting here against adcs who deal tons of dmg and heal for ton while sitting behind a tanky frontline. Playing an AP mage means no way to keep up. Armor doesnt matter when they have free poke and you cant sustain after it. It being random is a thing that ends many games but there must be an algorithm in place or else duplicate champs would be seen, so the question is build the algorithm better for equal teams of 2 tanks 1 mage 1 supp and 1 adc or add items for AP mages to sustain health, ie Spell Vamp.
