Someone please help me. Please.

This past week on this game has been horrible. No matter how well i do my team loses. When i play ranked my team loses. I dont get it. Why is it the enemy team is always so good but my team just flat out sucks. And no im not blaming it on them. Im saying we suck as a whole and the other team listens to each other really well. No matter what i say in games someone will do the exact opposite and causes at least three people to die. No matter how well im doing theres always someone who is dying like crazy and making it ten times harder for my team. i dont get it. When ever i try to take control and try to get everyone on the same page no one wants to listen. But its always the exact opposite with the other team. They always work so well together. I can be as nice as an angel but yet no one will want to work together. they'll just keep going off by theirselves and then get killed. Look at my match history. I can lead my teams in kills and be doing pretty damn good and trying to help as much as possible but it never really helps. i really dont get it. how do i make the teams i get on good? I just wanna win and ill do whatever it takes. even if it means going 0-10 as long as my team wins i dont care.
