Post/Pre-Season Experimentation

The end of season is almost upon us and with it comes experimental changes, so what changes not matter how radical or OP, would you like to see Riot experiment with in the Pre/Post-season? I for one would like to see the removal of promos for ranked tiers, better support items and a new summoner spell that cancels all abilitys that modify movement like blinks, dashes, etc, to fight high mobility champions
