Would yall possibly add ingame options menu to client?

Ahoy everybody. Title pretty much says everything. Few nights back i herped and derped and was trying to change my resolution back to what i like on a new monitor ended up not being a supported resolution. So yar i had dun goofed, I ended up with a black screen of doom. Well learned that as it turns out its a bit of a hassle to adjust any settings for video if your not in game, and resulting in a 4 v 5 for teammates (if any of you read this I'm SORRY! 100% my bad.) Realized that Additionally it would be nice to be able to swap hotkeys, bindings, and what not outside of game. Typically if i'm at a buddies place n log end up spending some time in a tutorial map just to swap everything about. I assume i'm a bit of a fringe case far as the resolution bit goes (most folks poly smart like and would not do that in a game.) yet i would assume that there's plenty of folks out there who might benefit from being able to change options with out having to be in game to do so. Dunno, i dont write code so unsure how hard this would be to add in.
