Uh, Swain?

I'm sure me and a couple other's been shrugging it off, but please. Where is Swains new skin? He hasn't had one in nearly 4 years, but we got 9 ez skins so it's alright.

It's sounds like I'm whining, but this is seriously unfair for the people who main less popular champs.

Try to (funny that I'm saying this to riot...) balance it a bit. Champs who have been out for nearly a year still have more skins than these old guys. Spice things up a bit and give us Dragon Master Swain.
