Champions that should NEVER have been given snowballs

Riot put snowballs into ARAM as a way to give mele characters with limited quick gap closing abilities (ex: , , ) a way to quickly get on top of an otherwise distance-keeping champion like , , or .

It is great for playing those mele champs, I agree. But in doing this, Riot also gave a HUGE buff to assassin champs, and added further gap closing to champs that already had high gap closing abilities. Here are champions that I would put in these two categories that I don't think have any business being given more mobility than they already have:

High Damage, bursty Assassins: (TOO MANY COMBOS... TOO MANY..., SO SAFE, SO MUCH DAMAGE, IT BURNS)

Champions that already have enough mobility:

Champions that have a crazy AOE damage or CC ability that can single-handedly destroy the enemy team:

How to fix this? I have no idea... I'd suggest simply disabling it for these champs, but it seems a little role-ist (kindof like racist but with roles)

Maybe disable certain abilities shortly after the snowballs? I dunno, riot is good at figuring out what to do about problems, but I can tell you, I think some of these champs having snowball is a serious problem cough cough cough
