Ranked system

Hello,

honestly, I am a couple games away from quitting league for good. the ranked system is just completely unstable and unjust. I lost 5 games in a row due to trolls or being queued with unranked players who never played before although I am in S2 solo queue. It's so frustrating when you lose games because one or two plays die 10 in a row in first 15 minutes and nothing you can do. if we lose by a little bit, that's fine but every game, I get a troll or two or inexperienced players and I keep getting demoted. Especially this season, when it's so easy to get demoted, I don't think it creats a good game environment for players who are trying to climb. keep the bronze players with bronze players or I'd suggest creating another bracket for those who are absolutely not good or new to the game instead of queuing them with silvers who are trying to get to gold. It goes both ways too, sometimes I win games with like 40-20 first 25 minutes and that's just not fun. Riot really needs to work on their matchmaking system, because I am honestly getting so frustrated. maybe reward players who still did lot of damage if kill/death reward might create a toxic community.
