Let's talk champion updates!

This isn't a rant, and it isn't a complaint. I don't have any ideas, and I don't exactly want to ask anyone for ideas, although you're free to give them anyways after the subject is touched. I have both statements and questions, but moreover, this is simply a catalog of data that I'm using to collect information.

Champion updates are split into multiple levels. The first is "Relaunch", which builds a champion from the ground up around the original concept. The second is "Rework", which tweaks a champion slightly in order to hit upon the original idea, while still keeping a few details the same, as they may have hit the mark already. The third level is a group, and is known as "Class", which hits upon a multitude of champions at once in order to break them away from each other in terms of similarity.

Now, I'd like to make the information clear. I want to know which champions in which categories are still planned, and if anyone knows anything about Riot's plans in the future, near of far. As of now, we know that-

• Relaunch Champions; , , , , , are still planned, with Taric supposedly coming up next.
• Rework Champions; , , , , with a few others rumored.
• Class Champions; Immobile Mages, with a possible take on the following- , , , , , .

Now then, can anyone add to this list/ change it to help me get an understanding of how far Riot has to go? I don't mean to sound rude, but the update team seems to have their plates full, and I'd like to understand how much of that they might end up letting the community help with. Maybe we could gatehr some ideas here as well, or maybe get a vague idea of how champions should be updated. Would be great if a Rioter would confirm any of these as well, seeing as I feel a bit left in the dark.
