Which Champion Should I Buy?

I main top. I want a champion that can get easy cs early game and become powerful early, mid or late game.

I was thinking of Darius, any suggestions?

As much as I like having as much CS as possible. It doesn't matter too much for the lane matchup, IF you can manage to get more CS than your opponent.

I would recommend a lane bully. Though I personally don't like Darius. Anyone who can Zone enemies of their farm really. Perhaps Rumble.

Generally champs are good in one of those phases but fall off in at least one of the other two.
