@riot are you going to work on some targeted abilities?

Some abilities that are fine would be something like iceball ult and ult to name a few. I'm referring more like when comes in with his charge and you flash, but it still pushes your character back when you've flashed out of the way and your character still takes damage? or like when comes in for a leap and you flash out of the way but still take damage? Like is there going to be anything done about this eventually or no?
