Champion select dodges

Not complaining or anything, but I think it is reasonable to leave a champion select if you have a legit reason, like if the ally is just being annoying and taking ur lane no matter what. And maybe they can leave without being punished? Or maybe Riot can view the chat history in the champ select and punish the person later if they left without a good reason? Just a thought, don't hate me :)
